PROFESSIONALISM

• We provide premier entertainers who have a knack for getting the crowd up and dancing and having fun! However, this is your party, and it's your personality we strive to exude. Therefore, we are as interactive as you want us to be. Two DJ's are present at every event. This allows us to run a highly interactive sound and light show, while also visiting with your guests and taking requests. By providing 2 entertainers at your event, we are able to seemlessly set up the grand march, and keep in contact with you and the bridal party at all times. This assures an interactive, fun and professionally catered evening for you and your guests.
• Our DJ's dress in formal attire but we can adjust to meet your special requests for themed and informal events.
• We guide you and your guests through the entire evening, announcing and orchestrating requested bridal party events, dance contests, and special dedications. We pride ourselves in the repoire that we develop with our clients and their guests at every single Music Caterer event.
• As a member of the American Disc Jockey Association, we are fully insured and carry a $2 million liability policy. We are one of only a few DJ services in Northeastern Wisconsin who are members of this prestigious association. Through the ADJA, we are able to offer backup equipment and other professional services to our clients.

CUSTOMIZATION

• To help customize your reception, we'll have you fill out our Wedding Planner. This document gives you an opportunity to plan the reception down to the very last detail, and more importantly, have it all taken care of well before your wedding day. If you need help filling out the Wedding Planner, or want to meet to discuss the evening in greater detail, we are more than happy to meet with you. We pride ourselves in personalized event planning, and welcome the opportunity to work with you to see that your event is unique and special.

• We're flexible. If situations come up during the evening that you may have forgotten about, we can accommodate your requests. Our fully digitized, computer based music library is not only fast, but allows us to fully customize your event so that all of your special requests and dedications are in place well before the event is underway.
• We have a complete music library that includes all styles of music. From big band to international, oldies to hip hop, waltzes to rap, country to reggae - we have over 15,000 songs, and keep adding more every day.

The Music Caterer Photo Booth is a one-of-a-kind experience that is totally exciting and unique! The entertainment factor alone is a big part of the Photo Booth's appeal. As photos are taken, they are instantly displayed on screens inside and outside the booth. Our Photo Booths are large enough to fit up to 12 people, are handicap accessible and provide an exterior screen to view all the action behind the curtain. Prints are double strips, one of which goes to the guest, and the other is placed in your photo album which you take home at the end of the night. Our NEW FEATURE allows each guest to choose a black & white or color photo strip, while the strip that goes into your album remains the color format you chose.

How Does a Mobile Flip Book Studio Work? (Click here to watch the video)

A compact 10x10 mobile studio is set up at the event consisting of a camera and a backdrop. Party-goers stand in front of the camera and a short video is taken. During the video they can dance, dress up in props, hold up a sign, blow kisses and just be themselves. Once they review the video and like it, we print the video, put it through our cutter and bind the small book right in front of their very eyes. When they flip through the flip book, they will smile in astonishment that they can see their video inside. It's that simple. The whole process just takes 90 seconds!! The Music Caterer Flip Book is a customized keepsake of your event that your guests will enjoy for years to come!

Flip Book Highlights

Our state-of-the-art software and technology also allows you to display personalized scrolling message for your event guests. As they flip through their books the message you have chosen will scroll across the bottom like a CNN news headline. It is a great way to make your event even more memorable.
