hh2024-10-26Stephen at Music Caterer was absolutely AMAZING! He kept every single person on the dance floor the entire night. We received SO many compliments on how much fun our DJ was and truly was the highlight of our wedding day. On top of Stephen being so great to work with, Meggin also was incredible to communicate with throughout the entirety of wedding planning. She was so responsive, willing to answer questions, and always kept us in the loop. I could NEVER recommend Music Caterer enough. Thank you for making our wedding perfect!

100000% customer service. There were some issues with the photo both outside of the DJ's control. Upon calling days after the event the DJ had already talked to the venue to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else. They were also already taking action to make up for any day of issues. Over all they went above and beyond.

Steve & Regan were incredible to work with and helped make our wedding and reception truly the best & most fun day of our lives. Their communication, vast music selection, and assitance with timeline planning made our day go so smoothy and we could not imagine our wedding without them. The Music Caterer is truly the best DJ company in the buisiness & we would not hesitate to book them for future events!

He made the whole day go on smoothly and worked around any issues (no WiFi at the ceremony location) without worrying my husband and I. Everything from the ceremony to the reception went according to plan and on time. The online portal they use was also very easy to navigate and helped us plan the music we wanted and even gave suggestions. The Photo Booth was also a big hit, especially with the kids! We definitely recommend The Music Caterer for your events!

Adam Zoern2024-04-10We just got married and used the Music Caterer as our DJ. Steve was an all star from the first initial phone conversation months in advance. Very personable and understanding to help tailor the best tunes for your crowd. He made the night stress free and was very communicative throughout the reception. Over the last few days I have heard so many positive things said from our guests about Steve. If someone requested a song, he played it next. He would let someone take the mic and sing along if they wanted to. Our dance floor was crowded all night all the way until the final song. If I ever need a DJ in the area again, without a doubt will use Steve and the Music Caterer again. I really can’t say enough great things about our experience. And apparently neither can our guests!

Reasonably priced, very professional, excellent service! They found all the versions of songs we wanted for first dances and helped us throughout the whole planning process.
