Very personable and understanding to help tailor the best tunes for your crowd. He was very communicative throughout the reception. I have heard so many positive things said from our guests…if someone requested a song, he played it next. He would let someone take the mic and sing along if they wanted to. Our dance floor was crowded all night. If I ever need a DJ again, without a doubt will use Steve and The Music Caterer. I really can’t say enough great things about our experience. He made the whole day go on smoothly and worked around any issues (no WiFi at the ceremony location) without worrying my husband and I. Everything from the ceremony to the reception went according to plan and on time. The online portal they use was also very easy to navigate and helped us plan the music we wanted and even gave suggestions. The Photo Booth was also a big hit, especially with the kids! He made the night stress free and was very communicative throughout the reception. Over the last few days I have heard so many positive things said from our guests about Steve. If someone requested a song, he played it next. He would let someone take the mic and sing along if they wanted to. Our dance floor was crowded all night all the way until the final song. If I ever need a DJ in the area again, without a doubt will use Steve and the Music Caterer again. I really can’t say enough great things about our experience. When I was looking for a DJ, I did a lot of research trying to find the best one for us. We are so grateful that we went with the Music Caterer. They were so helpful from start to finish and they are so friendly too. They can play basically any song you want in many versions. We were nervous on the wedding day for how things normally go like for walking down the aisle and the dinner part and they helped us with everything and made our wedding worry free. Also, my 2 main goals were to keep music flowing/always have background music going and to keep people on the dance floor. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. We had a Sunday wedding and they kept everyone going until 11pm, there was always people on the dance floor and they know how to read the crowd on what they like/energy levels. They also kept the really physical songs spread out well like the Cha Cha slide so that way it wasn't all in a row and everyone be tired out like some DJs do. They also kept the music flowing. The other thing that was important to us was that we didn't get a DJ that would make it about them and keep representing their company. They did a great job keeping it about us and taking song requests and listening to our guests. I would 10/10 recommend the Music Caterer!

He kept the dance floor packed! He communicated with us and the venue and was able to read the room. He kept us to our timeline but also tweaked it based on the flow of the day. We were so excited to have them help celebrate our wedding day! We had so many people out on the dance floor all night long. We loved how accommodating our DJ’s were and would switch up the music if we don’t want it played. The sound system was awesome along with the lighting. Definitely would recommend to anybody looking for DJ services and we will be using them again for other events. Spectacular!!!

This company will make your evening better than imaginable! We had the best DJ imaginable! During the reception and days/weeks after people continuously raved about Steve and his team. Steve was on top of everything. He was flexible about song changes, and the timeline of everything, and he also helped keep things moving and on time.
